About the 24th

The 24th is a living history organization representing the daily life of one of the British Army's most highly decorated regiments as it appeared during the 1777 Saratoga campaign of the American Revolution.

The recreated 24th Regiment of Foot in North America is based in Upstate New York and was founded in 1995 with the approval of the Royal Regiment of Wales, the successor to the 24th in the modern-day British Army.
